The article states that chemical science occupies an important place in the life of every person today, but chemical products can pose a serious danger to people's health. Therefore, it is important to ensure the formation of future chemists not only as qualified specialists, but also as socially responsible and moral individuals. Therefore, the problem of improving the training of future masters of chemistry is extremely relevant. As it turned out, some aspects of this problem were reflected in the works of scientists. However, the problem of forming basic professional competencies of future masters of chemistry was not the object of a special study. The purpose of the article is to characterize the process of implementing the author's system of the system of forming basic professional competencies of future masters of chemistry. The following methods were used in the article: analysis, description of the course of the experiment, generalization and systematization of the results of the experiment.
The results of the study presented a system for the formation of basic professional competencies of future masters in chemistry. This system includes three components: conceptual-targeted, content-organizational, diagnostic-resultative. The first of them reflects the goal and objectives of the implementation of the system, general didactic and specific principles of the process of forming basic professional competencies of future chemists-masters, scientific approaches that constitute the methodological basis for studying this process. The content-organizational component includes the structural components of each basic professional competence, pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of its formation, namely: forming the motivation of undergraduate chemists to master the specified competencies; taking into account the specifics of the training of undergraduate chemists in the process of work; organizing the educational process in a mixed format based on a combination of traditional and innovative teaching methods, as well as digital technologies; ensuring effective pedagogical support for undergraduate chemists in their independent mastering of basic professional competencies. The diagnostic-result component includes criteria (motivational-axiological, knowledge-functional, personal-reflective) and corresponding indicators, levels of formation of each professional basic competence of future chemists, as well as methods and techniques for conducting diagnostics.
The conclusions summarize that in the experimental group there were more pronounced positive changes in the levels of formation of each basic professional competence of undergraduates than in the control group group. On this basis, it was concluded that the implementation of the developed system really ensures the effective formation of basic professional competencies in undergraduate chemists.
