The use of digital technologies personalizes the educational process, expands access to learning resources, and ensures flexible learning. It has been determined that distance education is an effective tool, especially during crisis periods; however, new approaches to conducting practical sessions need to be implemented to ensure the high-quality training of specialists. Simulation technologies are of particular importance for medical and technical fields, as they allow for modeling real professional situations and developing the necessary competencies. Conclusions. Innovative educational approaches are key to training highly qualified specialists who are able to adapt to dynamic changes in the labor market. The optimal combination of online learning with practical training is to ensure the development of both theoretical knowledge and professional skills.
