The relevance of the problem is evidenced by the growth of sports injuries, which requires the use of physical rehabilitation. The purpose of the article is to develop a physical rehabilitation program and evaluate its impact on the effectiveness of restoring shoulder joint function after injuries in volleyball players. The following research methods were used in the study: analysis of scientific sources on shoulder injuries in volleyball players and their physical rehabilitation; 2) assessment of anthropometric data, segmental body composition, shoulder joint functions; 3) the method of mathematical statistics. The results of the study showed that the developed program of physical rehabilitation of shoulder joint injuries in volleyball players included shoulder joint stretching and strength exercises. It has been established that the main purpose of stretching is to lengthen muscle fibers by stretching, increase their contractility, increase the amplitude of movements in the joints, and accelerate the body's recovery after intense physical activity. Strength training is aimed at reducing the risk of injury. It has been found that stronger muscles better resist the load that occurs when performing various physical exercises. Conclusions. An accessible program of physical rehabilitation for shoulder joint injuries for volleyball players of student teams based on stretching exercises aimed at improving the mobility of the shoulder joint, elasticity of the musculoskeletal system and strength exercises has been developed. The effectiveness of the physical rehabilitation program is confirmed by statistical methods of data analysis, indicating an improvement in the functional state of the shoulder joint of volleyball players after injury.
