Readiness of future teachers to work in a team: theoretical and practical aspects

In the modern system of higher education, which is focused on improving the quality and competitiveness of graduates, in the context of implementing a competency-based approach and introducing practice-oriented technologies into the educational process, the formation of readiness for teamwork in future teachers is especially relevant, which develops the ability to interact in society, demonstrates the possibilities of collective activity in solving complex tasks in modern realities. The purpose of the article is to reveal the theoretical and practical aspects of preparing future teachers for teamwork. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources, general logical methods (comparison, generalization and systematization), observation, analysis of educational products. Research results. One of the skills of the 21st century is the skill of "cooperation", the formation of which includes leadership qualities, the ability to work in a team, as stated in the Professional Standard of a Teacher (2020). Teamwork is characterized by the following features: focus on achieving set team goals, recognition of common values, performance of common tasks; high level of mutual understanding, mutual cooperation between participants; team unity; interactivity; high level of dedication of each participant; role positioning. The prerequisite for the formation of teamwork competence in future teachers is the organization of training based on the analysis of applied pedagogical situations and project activities. Conclusions. The competence of teamwork and productive interaction in the team formed in future teachers determines their professional success and determines opportunities for career growth in the future. The experience of team-oriented work obtained is important throughout the entire period of study at a higher education institution, during internships and in the conditions of further professional activity.
