The paper deals with the analysis of the main models of education quality management. One of the central issues of modernization process of education system in Ukraine is the issue of ensuring the proper level of quality of education in Ukraine. The authors analyze the ways of the effective regarding ensuring the quality of education, developing the professional competence of schoolchildren, students and teachers, as well as adapting to the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The future of the country depends on the quality of education in the country. Human potential is the most important wealth of the country, which is created through the system of secondary and higher education. Research and analysis of foreign and modern Ukrainian models of management of educational development indicate the attraction of the pedagogical community and all social institutions to determining the place and role of education in the economic and cultural growth of the country, its mission in the modern world. The emergence of a significant number of concepts, strategies, models and approaches to managing the development of vocational education and the search for ways to solve this problem at the current stage of society's development shows the relevance of this topic. One of the key factors of management in the educational process is the efficiency and quality of learning. Rapid changes in society and technology in the modern world require adaptability, where the need for the implementation of new management models is growing. Today, modern management models tend to create conditions for ensuring the quality of education, developing professional competence of schoolchildren, students and teachers, as well as adapting to the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The implementation of modern and effective models of education quality management in schools, institutes, universities and academies aims not only to improve the level of educational programs, but also to ensure transparency of the processes taking place in educational institutions. These processes lead to strengthening of trust on the part of schoolchildren, students, employers and society as a whole. The strategic goal of Ukraine, its priority task, is the development of the education system and improvement of its quality, since this development is connected with the development of the economy and society as a whole.
