Article is devoted to definition of functions, substantial components, types and approaches to process of formation of organizational culture in institutions of professional education.
It is found out that the concept «organizational culture» means set of rules and values of behavior and also the organization of activity of educational institution which can be regulated or considered by his employees. It comprises such substantial components as: management; the relations in collective; conflictness of teaching staff; ability to solve in common collective problems; positioning of concerning other employees; external attributes; the adopted unspoken rules of behavior; the regulated and fixed rules of conduct; certain level of motivation and loyalty of employees. Also it performs such functions: identification, adaptation, motivational, control, innovative. All of them are interdependent and influence work and success of educational institution in general. Formation of organizational culture in an institution of professional education is carried out with the help: main mission of an institution, its comparison to the personal purposes of teachers and applicants of education; corporate attributes of an institution in the form of the anthem, the coat of arms, etc.; developments of the code; improvement and development of the identity of the applicant of education and teacher; motivations to labor and educational activity. The methodical device of a research is based on use of general scientific, all-pedagogical and special methods and receptions: methods of comparison and generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, groups and classifications, analysis of statistical information and documents, scientific abstraction. Prospects of further researches seem in practical introduction of results of a research in training of teachers of economic disciplines and identification of pedagogical conditions of formation at them organizational culture.
