Formation of readiness of teachers of vocational education for creation of the health-saving environment

The purpose of article consists in development of model of formation of readiness of future teachers of vocational education for the organization of the health saving educational environment in the course of professional and pedagogical activity. Methods. Such complementary methods of scientific knowledge were applied to achievement of the goal: general scientific - the analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, comparison, generalization, classification, systematization; empirical - the analysis of philosophical, psychology and pedagogical, methodical literature, standard documentation; universal - modeling. Results. Readiness of future teachers of vocational education for the organization of the health saving educational environment are an integrative characteristic of his personality which is shown in awareness of the social and personal importance of health and health saving activity, existence of installation on the organization of work on health-saving in the profession, possession of professional kompetentnost which provide ability to the organization of the health saving educational environment and the analysis of results of the activity in the sphere of health-saving. The organization of the health saving educational environment is promoted by the certain pedagogical conditions created in the course of training of teachers of vocational education namely: use of didactic opportunities of basic subject matters; use of interactive technologies of training; purposeful inclusion of future teacher of vocational education in the organization of the health saving educational environment in the course of theoretical, practical and sociocultural activities; implementation of diagnostics of level of formation of readiness of future teacher for the organization of the health saving educational environment. Conclusions. The created model of formation of readiness of future teachers of vocational education for the organization of the health saving educational environment represents set of three components (teoretiko-methodological, substantial and activity and appraisal and productive), filling of each of which is concretized in the developed model. Prospects of further researches seem in improvement of maintenance of invariant and variable subject matters of training of future teachers of vocational education concerning illumination of a perspective of health-saving.
