The article is devoted to the definition of the most effective methods of modern information technologies. which are used in medical biology classes in institutions of higher medical education. Using the example of specific lesson topics, the priority of modern information technology methods and their connection with the issues considered in the process of studying the program topic of the subject is established. The most effective methods are highlighted, their expediency is shown. Grounded features of their use in practical and lecture classes and in the process of independent work of students. It is established what is the greatest effectiveness of this or that method, which makes it possible to visualize and systematize complex information about biological processes and absorb large volumes of information.
