The article analyzes the influence of rhythmic and coordination exercises on dopaminergic activity and psychophysiological indicators of adolescents. The relevance of the study is due to the need to optimize the motivational, cognitive and emotional spheres of students. The experiment was conducted with the participation of schoolchildren aged 14–16 years using a specially developed set of rhythmic and coordination exercises. The effectiveness of the method was assessed by indicators of motivation, concentration of attention and emotional state. The results of the study showed a statistically significant improvement in the motivational, cognitive and psychoemotional characteristics of the participants, which indicates the activation of neurophysiological mechanisms for the regulation of mental activity. The use of rhythmic and coordination exercises can be considered as an effective means of psychophysiological support for adolescents in the educational process. The article aims to assess the impact of rhythmic and coordination physical exercises on dopaminergic activity, motivation, and cognitive performance of adolescents. Methods. The study used a pedagogical experiment, psychodiagnostic methods of assessing motivation, concentration of attention and psychoemotional state, as well as methods of mathematical statistics. Dopaminergic activity was assessed indirectly by changes in motivational and cognitive indicators. Results. It was found that the use of rhythmic and coordination physical exercises contributed to a statistically significant increase in the level of motivation, improved concentration of attention and a positive shift in the psycho-emotional state of adolescents in the experimental group. No significant changes were found in the control group. Conclusions. Rhythmic and coordination physical exercises are an effective means of stimulating dopaminergic activity, which has a positive effect on the motivational and cognitive sphere of adolescents. The proposed complex can be recommended for implementation in the physical education system of secondary education institutions.Downloads
