Abstract

Abstract. Mastering special documentation in the field of physical education and sports is an integral factor in the formation of professional competence of future specialists. During training in higher education institutions, familiarizing students of physical education and sports specialties with working documentation plays a leading role, as it contributes to a deeper understanding of the features of future professional activity. Such training ensures the formation of professional diplomacy and ethical culture of the coach, which, in turn, contributes to increasing public trust in coaching and teaching activities. The aim of the study is the purpose of the study is to analyze the regulatory and methodological documentation that regulates the organization and implementation of educational and training work in children's and youth sports schools. Research material and methods. The following methods were used in the process of work: analysis of special scientific and methodological literature, study of orders of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as generalization and systematization of materials from scientific sources and open Internet resources. Results. It was established that the content of the academic discipline "Document circulation in the field of physical culture and sports" at the bachelor's level should provide for the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for the organization and implementation of the educational and training process in the conditions of children's and youth sports schools. Conclusions. Professional training of specialists in physical culture and sports should be a holistic system that combines a set of measures, methods and techniques aimed at the formation of professional competencies. It should have a clear structure, take into account the specifics of the industry and combine theoretical and practical training. The implementation of the activity approach in the educational process involves the integration of the coaching, teaching and management activities of the future specialist. Taking into account all components of professional training will ensure high efficiency of their further professional activity.
