It has been determined that inclusive physical education is defined as a theory and practice in ensuring an appropriate level of physical activity for higher education students with disabilities, which is positioned as an important way to improve their physical condition. The necessity of developing inclusive physical education curricula that would effectively meet the real needs of today's pedagogical practice is established. The directions of development of inclusive physical education that meet the requirements of the time are systematized, the list of which includes: the use of innovative modern methods and means of inclusive physical education; formation of knowledge about health and health protection opportunities in martial law; introduction of recreation facilities into the educational process; use of creative means of activating motor activity; use of the latest physical culture practices, in particular those aimed at normalizing the psychological state of children. It has been determined that the development of inclusive physical education practices should be based on the achievements of the national education system and the development of martial law events for the development of inclusive practices. It has been found that modern inclusive physical education in higher education should move to a new educational paradigm to meet the requirements of the times and meet the current needs of higher education students with disabilities.
