Pedagogical conditions for the formation of ethical and legal culture of future psychologists in the process of professional training

In the context of improving the legislation of Ukraine, strengthening the legal basis for the implementation of social and pedagogical activities, there is a growing need to optimize the formation of ethical and legal culture of future psychologists. Practice shows that an insufficient level of legal competence, gaps in legal knowledge and lack of ethical and legal experience in the professional activities of psychologists have a negative impact on its effectiveness. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of ethical and legal culture of future psychologists in the process of professional training. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, generalization, systematization, comparison. The results of the study indicate that in order to solve certain professional problems, a specialist must have a high level of development, psychological and ethical and legal culture as an integrated quality, personal education that ensures successful work with people. For the successful formation of ethical and legal culture of future psychologists, it is necessary to create appropriate pedagogical conditions, in particular such as: stimulating cognitive interest in moral and legal knowledge and developing motives to resolve ethical and legal issues in professional activities; the use of active teaching methods to develop the legal competence of future psychologists and the formation of components of ethical and legal culture; actualization of the need for self-development of social and legal activity based on stimulation of a reflexive position. The implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the ethical and legal culture of future psychologists occurs in stages: at the motivational and target stage - the acquisition of stable positive motivation and needs for the acquisition of ethical, legal and psychological professional knowledge, which coincides with the period of cultural formation and development of cognitive interest in the profession of a psychologist: at the content-technological stage - ensures the acquisition of a system of professional knowledge and the necessary competencies based on the integration of morality and law to ensure effective professional activity in the field of psychological counseling; at the result-reflexive stage, it ensures the development of independence, social and legal activity, the acquisition of experience in solving ethical and legal situations in a combination of classroom, extracurricular and self-education work. Conclusions. The introduction of certain pedagogical conditions into the educational process of professional training of future psychologists should ensure the acquisition of appropriate competencies and form a high level of moral qualities of the individual.
