The scientific study examines the theoretical principles of the formation of professional competence of future teachers of music using digital technologies. Modern approaches to determining the essence of the professional competence of a teacher-musician are analyzed. The role of digital technologies in the professional training of future teachers of music is characterized. The features of the use of multimedia tools and specialized software in the educational process are considered.
The goal is a theoretical analysis of the features of the formation of professional competence of future teachers of music using digital technologies in modern conditions of the development of higher pedagogical education.
Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, systematization and generalization of scientific provisions on the formation of professional competence of future teachers of music, study of the experience of using digital technologies in musical and pedagogical education.
