Pedagogical conditions for forming legal competence of future technology teachers in the process of professional training

Modern trends in the development of the national educational system indicate an increasing need for teachers who can organize the educational process in the interests of students, consistently implement their rights, so there is a need to prepare teachers for such professional pedagogical activity, the dominant of which is the readiness to act in new legal conditions, and the result is the established legal competence, practice shows that an insufficient level of legal competence, gaps in legal knowledge and lack of methodological knowledge in the professional activity of teachers of labor training and technology negatively affect its effectiveness. The purpose of the article is a theoretical justification of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competence of future teachers of labor training and technology in the process of professional training. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, generalization, systematization, comparison. The results of the study indicate that the study is aimed at increasing the level of legal competence of future teachers as a planned, controlled, organized, systematic and purposeful process of influencing the subjects of the educational process of the entire set of forms, means and methods available in the arsenal of modern legal activity of the practice of training a future teacher of technology.For successful formation of legal competence it is necessary to theoretically substantiate and implement in the educational process of professional training of future teachers of labor education and technology the following pedagogical conditions: - methodological support of the process of formation of legal competence of future teachers of labor education and technology; updating of the content, methods and forms of professional training in order to form legal competence of future teachers of technology; designing an individual trajectory of legal self-education and practice of future teachers of technology. Implementation of pedagogical formation of legal competence of future teachers of labor education and technology occurs in stages: at the value-orientation stage - acquisition of stable positive motivation and needs for acquisition of a system of legal, professional knowledge, coinciding with the period of personal development of applicants for education and development of cognitive interest in the profession of a technology teacher at the organizational and modeling stage - ensures acquisition of professional competencies of effective legal education activity; at the reflexive and creative stage ensures development of independence, social and legal activity, acquisition of experience in acquiring skills of legal education activity in combination of classroom, extracurricular and self-education work. Conclusions.Today, the state needs teaching staff who are freely oriented in legislative and regulatory acts in the field of education; such specialists are able to professionally respond to the "challenges" of society, to changes in social requirements and legal norms for education, the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions into the educational process of professional training of future teachers of labor training and technologies should ensure the appropriate competencies and form a high level of professional qualities of the personality of the future teacher.
