The improvement of the educational process in the education system of Ukraine requires the use of the latest learning technologies aimed at achieving program learning outcomes for education seekers. The need to diversify the forms of organization of the educational process is due, first of all, to the need to cultivate a new type of personality that can develop the necessary skills and competencies for the future. The growing popularity of gamification in the educational field is due to the recognition of its potential in increasing motivation to study, positively influencing the behavior of students, as well as in the formation of friendly competition and cooperation. It promotes the development of communication skills, the ability to work in a team and social responsibility. The article analyzes the features and determines the effective methods and techniques of using gamification in the educational process of secondary and higher schools in order to improve the quality of education and student interest in learning. Gamification in education opens up possibilities for modeling various educational situations. Each of the elements of this technology is characterized by certain advantages and problematic issues. The capabilities of Classcraft technology allow you to create the effect of full or partial presence in an alternative space, which significantly changes the user experience. The results of the study emphasize the usefulness of introducing Classcraft technology into the educational process, particularly in the context of the digitalization of Ukrainian education, and show the effectiveness of group interaction, quests, quick quizzes, situational modeling, business games, and other learning methods. Studies have shown that gamification has a positive effect on the development of the student's personality, motivation to study, relationships within the community, academic success, as well as the acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills.
