The article considers a systemic approach to health preservation in higher pedagogical school as an integrated model of forming health preservation competence of future specialists. The necessity of combining personal health preservation of students with their professional training for programming classes with different groups of the population is substantiated. The essence of the concept of "health preservation" as a multidimensional process that includes physical, mental, social and professional components is revealed. The main stages of implementing a systemic approach are characterized: diagnostics of the state of health and the level of physical fitness of students, formation of motivation for a healthy lifestyle, assimilation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of health preservation, as well as mastering the methods of developing and implementing physical education programs and health preservation classes. The role of interdisciplinary integration in the educational process is emphasized, which ensures the formation of a holistic idea of health preservation as a professional competence of a future teacher. It is determined that personal health improvement serves as a basis for the further professional development of higher education applicants, contributes to the improvement of their working capacity, stress resistance and readiness for pedagogical activity. It is shown that the systematic organization of the educational process with an emphasis on health preservation ensures the formation of students' ability to effectively program physical education and health-improving classes, taking into account age, individual and social characteristics of the population. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of implementing a systematic approach to health preservation in higher pedagogical school as a condition for improving the quality of professional training of future teachers and the formation of a health culture in society.Downloads
