The scientific publication analyzed the scientific and methodological literature regarding: identification of publications on the categories of «health» and «values»; theoretical study of the concept of «value». Three stages of the pedagogical experiment are described (1st stage: discussion between co-authors regarding the selected literature from the specified direction of scientific research; 2nd stage: description of theoretical training; 3rd stage: determination of the sequence of value orientations and the place of the value-goal «health» for pupils and students; the ratio of levels between respondents regarding values-goals). Table 1 presents the summarized results of the respondents regarding the values-goals: students-athletes of Combat Horting (8th grades (n=790), secondary school / cadets (n=86) and secondary school (n=66). And in Table 2 and Figure 1 – the generalized results of the ratio of levels between respondents regarding values-goals: students-athletes of Combat Horting and students of two institutions of higher education. The purpose of the collective research is to prove the appropriateness of the timely teaching of theoretical material on the preservation and strengthening of health as a value in pupils, students and cadets - objects for the formation of an active life position in athletes of Combat and Police Horting. Scientific novelty: for the first time, in the conditions of martial law, the sequence of value orientations and the place of «health»as a value for pupils and students of two institutions of higher education were determined. The experiment was supplemented with two more values-goals: a successful sports career / achieving high sports results; active life position (author: Z. Dikhtyarenko). So, the results of the research are given: lectures, seminars and practical classes on Police Horting are held for students of higher education / cadets. Combat Horting athletes are systematically given mini-lectures, conversations, etc., which is why the results are higher than those with higher education.
